HEALTH

The Health Meter in ChipWits is a small red bar that appears above your ChipWit’s head during gameplay. This bar indicates the robot’s current health status and depletes as the ChipWit takes damage.

How the Health Meter Works #

  • Damage: Your ChipWit can take damage from various sources, such as obstacles, enemies like Electrocrabs, or environmental hazards. Each hit reduces the Health Meter.
  • Visual Indicator: The red bar diminishes in size as your ChipWit loses health, giving you a quick and easy way to monitor your robot’s condition.
  • Critical Levels: When the Health Meter gets low, it signals that your ChipWit is close to being destroyed, requiring you to take caution or find a way to heal.

Why the Health Meter is Important #

  • Survival: Managing your ChipWit’s health is crucial for completing missions. If the Health Meter reaches zero, the ChipWit will be destroyed, and the mission will end.
  • Strategy: Keeping an eye on the Health Meter allows you to adjust your strategy, avoid unnecessary damage, and focus on survival tactics during tougher levels.

Maintaining a healthy ChipWit is key to progressing through missions, especially in levels filled with enemies or environmental hazards!
