The mouse is your main tool for interacting with and navigating the game. Here’s a breakdown of the basic mouse controls:
Left Click: #
- Select Items: The left click is used to select and interact with objects in the game, such as chips in the Workshop or options in the menus.
Mouse Scroll Wheel: #
- Scrolling: Use the scroll wheel to navigate through screens, like the Select a Mission screen, allowing you to browse easily through available missions.
- Zooming In and Out: When inside a mission, the scroll wheel lets you zoom the game camera in and out, providing different views of the level and your ChipWit.
Left Click and Drag: #
- Adjust Sliders: Use left click and drag on elements like the Game Speed Slider to fine-tune settings. You can also click the plus (+) and minus (-) signs on either side of the slider to adjust incrementally.
Right Click and Drag: #
- Pan the Camera: While in a mission, holding right click and dragging the mouse allows you to pan the camera, letting you move around and explore different parts of the level without moving your ChipWit.
These basic mouse controls make navigating and interacting with the game intuitive, giving you full control over selecting items, adjusting settings, and managing the game camera during missions.
